Poster preparation:

• Posters shall be prepared in DINA0 size, portrait format, in English language.
• Posters will be mounted on 11.09.2019 from 09:00 am until 11:00 am.
• We intend to keep them accessible to all attendees until 13.09.2019 at 13:00.
• Please note remaining posters cannot be stored and will be disposed of.

Selected and invited speakers' talks:

Presentation requirements

• please bring your presentation on a USB stick and if it is a powerpoint presentation: Format 16:9 // or a PDF presentation if you wish
• We will have an apple and a Microsoft laptop for presenting.
• Both devices will be able to play videos.

During breaks you have the opportunity to test your slides with a technician.

Duration of talks / see program regarding the duration of your talk:

• the 10 minute talks shall be approx. 7 minutes talk and 3 minutes discussion
• the 20 minutes talks shall be 15 minutes talk and 5 minutes discussion.

Registration

As a poster presenter and selected and invited speaker you are entitled to an `Early Bird` registration rate.

We recommend you register on the registration platform provided at your earliest convenience if you have not done so yet.
