Language:
- The official congress language will be English. No simultaneous translations will be available.
Letter of invitation:
- Applications for a letter of invitation should be received by the Local Organizing Committee no later than June 30th, 2019.
- Letters of invitation will only be sent by email.
- This letter is only to help delegates to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.
- Applications received after June 30th, 2019 will not be dealt with.
- Refunds cannot be made in case of not granted visa applications.
Accreditation:
We will provide you with a credit certificate issued, signed and stamped by Prof. Dr. med. H. Rennekampf who the Bavaryan Doctors Chamber has appointed as medical instructor.
• At the end of each day we will issue the accreditation certificate
• Only full day’s attendance will be granted credit.
The Organizing committee herewith abides by § 32 of the valid professional code for the physicians of Bavaria, the valid continuing education regulations of the Bavarian Medical Association and the corresponding guideline including the current recommendations of the German Medical Association on medical education.
