It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the ETRS Annual Scientific Meeting 2019

Tissue regeneration - "From basic science to clinical translation"

The European Tissue Repair Society (ETRS) is known for organizing an international annual conference in the field of wound healing and tissue repair.
We will continue the series of events in 2019 in Munich.
Our aim is to promote knowledge, sharing and networking amongst scientists, healthcare professionals and industry, all with an interest in wound healing and tissue repair.

We also have a keen interest in supporting educational/carreer development initiatives through offering travel grants/prizes to scientists early in their careers.

Leading scientists/clinitians in the field of fibrosis, wound healing, stem cells and regeneration and differential healing guarantee that the latest and best science will be presented across these areas.

At the same time, the major current clinical challenges in wound care will also be highlighted.  Our aim is that ETRS 2019 will spotlight the need for translation of scientific results from the laboratory towards clinical situations, but also that clinical need should drive basic scientific inquiry.

The European Tissue Repair Society is a non-profit making organisation founded in 1988 that aims to promote knowledge and interchange between scientists, healthcare professionals, industry and other individuals that have an interest in tissue repair of all organs. The Society has an annual meeting and a number of focus meetings each year concentrating on different aspects of tissue repair, ranging from basic science to clinical aspects of healing.

The improvement of tissue repair as well as prevention of injury will be major challenges in the 21st Century and the European Tissue Repair Society has as its continued objective to contribute to these challenges.
